Process improvement

Process improvement so your business doesn’t depend on one person

We map how work gets done today, remove the steps you don’t need, and leave clear processes your team can follow and improve. We work with startups, digital businesses, and SMEs in Costa Rica and across Latin America.

Signs it is time to act

  • Everything goes through you or the one person who "knows how it’s done".
  • Everyone does the same work their own way, and mistakes repeat.
  • Redoing work has become part of the routine.
  • Onboarding someone new takes weeks because nothing is written down.
  • You are winning customers, but the operation can’t keep up.
What we do

What we do with you

01

A map of how work gets done today

We walk through the process with the people who do it, start to finish, to see where time is lost, where mistakes happen, and where everything depends on one person.

02

A simpler process

We remove steps that add no value, clarify who decides what, and design a way of working your team will actually follow.

03

Step-by-step guides and clear owners

We document the process in a simple format, with defined roles, so anyone on the team can do it right from day one.

04

A few numbers to know how you are doing

We choose the metrics that truly matter and a simple way to review them, so you catch problems before they cost money.

05

An improvement cycle that keeps going

We leave you the habit and the tools to keep improving the process after we are gone.

How we work

Continuous improvement, not a report that gets filed away

  1. 01

    Understand

We see how your operation runs today, with data and with the people who do the work.

  2. 02

    Design

We propose the simplest change that solves the root problem.

  3. 03

    Implement

We put it in place with your team, step by step, starting with what is most urgent.

  4. 04

    Measure and improve

We review the results, adjust, and leave you the habit of improving on your own.

FAQ

What people usually ask about this service

What is process improvement, and how is it different from buying software?

Improving a process means organizing how the work gets done: who does what, in what order, and with what information. Software only speeds up what already exists; if the process is messy, software speeds up the mess. That is why we organize first and then, if needed, automate.

How long does a process improvement project take?

It depends on the scope: organizing one process is not the same as organizing a whole operation. Before we start we define the scope, what you will receive, and the timeline together, and it all goes into the contract.

Do I need to stop the operation to work with you?

No. We work alongside your team while the operation keeps running. Meetings are short and changes are rolled out step by step, starting with what is most urgent.

Do you only work in Costa Rica?

We start in Costa Rica, but we work digitally, so we can support you from any Latin American country.

Where to start?

Take the free diagnostic and in about 3 minutes see where your business is getting stuck, or book a call to tell us about your case. We work from Costa Rica with clients across Latin America.
