You may use the site to learn about our services, take the free diagnostic, and contact us. By using it, you agree to:
- Provide truthful information and submit only your own or your company’s data, or data you are allowed to share.
- Not use the site for illegal purposes, to send offensive content, or to try to harm, overload, or access its systems without permission.
- Not submit forms in an automated or bulk way.
Our services
Service descriptions on this site are for information only and are not an offer. The scope, price, timelines, and conditions of each engagement are agreed in writing in a proposal or contract, which prevails over what is published here.
Free diagnostic and AI content
The diagnostic is an automated, informational tool. Its result is based only on your answers and does not replace a professional analysis of your business.
The “short reading of your case” is generated by artificial intelligence, is marked as such, and may contain errors or inaccuracies.
Nothing on the site or in the diagnostic is legal, financial, accounting, tax, or technical advice. Decisions you make based on this information are your responsibility.
Intellectual property
The text, design, VIA Pragma brand, logo, and diagnostic belong to VIA Pragma or are used with permission. You may share links to the site and keep your own report, but you may not copy or reuse the content for commercial purposes without written permission. Some photos come from Unsplash and are used under its license.
Links to other sites
The site may link to third-party sites. We don’t control their content or privacy practices and are not responsible for them.
Limitation of liability
The site and the diagnostic are provided “as is” and as available. We do our best to keep information accurate and the site working well, but we don’t guarantee it is free of errors or interruptions.
